Refund Policy

If users don't receive game credits after the recharge is successful, they can place a refund request by calling us.  Users will find the contact numbers in the about section of our application.  If the recharge request gets rejected by us because of invalid player id or anything else, we'll refund the money may applicable getway charge.  If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
